Applied Behavior Analysis Jobs: Career Opportunities
Thrive Therapy offers a variety of career opportunities for individuals with a passion for ABA. Some of the positions we are currently hiring for include:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA): As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and supervising behavior technicians.
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): RBTs provide direct therapy services to clients under the supervision of a BCBA. They implement treatment plans, collect data, and communicate with parents and caregivers.
- Behavior Technician: Behavior technicians work closely with RBTs and BCBAs to provide direct therapy services to clients. They assist with data collection, reinforcement procedures, and other clinical tasks.
